How do I make changes to my shipment?Updated 2 years ago

We are able to make some changes to your shipping if the order has not been processed within one (1) hour of your purchase. If you need to make a change and it has not been processed or shipped, please email us -  [email protected]. Or, connect with one of our live agents through our chatbot on the bottom right hand corner of this site.

Once a package is in the process of being shipped or is already shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the product order or shipping-related issues.
